Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

Once a digital product or service has been successfully purchased, the Customer may not unilaterally cancel the contract or request a refund unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions or required by applicable law.

Cancellation of an order or withdrawal from live events (including workshops, trainings, courses, and similar events) is only possible in the circumstances described below and is subject to the Service Provider's approval.

2. Digital Products and Online Services

Due to the nature of digital products and online services, refunds are generally not available once access to the digital content has been granted or the provision of the service has commenced.

By purchasing a digital product or service, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that access may be provided immediately after purchase or at a scheduled date and that, where permitted by applicable law, the right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase may no longer apply once delivery or performance has begun.

Failure to access, use, complete, or participate in a purchased digital product, program, service, or membership does not entitle the Customer to a refund.

3. Live Events, Workshops, and Trainings

Registrations for live events, workshops, trainings, seminars, and similar scheduled activities are generally non-refundable.

At the Service Provider's sole discretion, a transfer to another event date, a credit toward a future event, or another alternative arrangement may be offered in exceptional circumstances.

Requests for cancellation or rescheduling should be submitted as early as possible. Any exception to this policy is determined solely by the Service Provider on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation Before Contract Formation

The Customer may cancel an order without providing a reason before payment has been made and before the contract has been concluded.

Once payment has been received and the contract has been formed, the cancellation provisions set out in Sections 2 through 5 of this Policy shall apply.

For customized services, private consultations, coaching packages, mentoring programs, or services requiring individual preparation or the reservation of a specific date and time, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total purchase price if the cancellation occurs after confirmation of the booking but before the service has commenced.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional situations, such as serious illness, family emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances, the Customer may request an individual review of their cancellation or refund request.

Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.

The Service Provider reserves the sole right to determine whether such a request will be approved and what remedy, if any, may be offered.

Any exception granted under this section is made as a gesture of goodwill and does not create a legal entitlement or precedent for future requests.

6. Cancellation Procedure

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the contact address specified in the Terms and Conditions.

Once the request has been received and reviewed, the Customer will be informed of the outcome and any applicable next steps, including whether a refund, credit, transfer, or alternative solution will be offered.
